Khampanh Inthavong, the manager of Inthado, supervises work on a daily basis himself. His long experience in the hotel industry makes him a demanding entrepreneur for his clients. He checks the quality of materials, compliance with traditional building and adaptability to international standards of comfort. Able to speak Lao, French and English, he is the ideal point of contact between client, architect and builders.

Mekong Estate is the jewel in Inthado’s crown. This splendid leisure residence is built on land covering more than 3000m2 in Ban Saylom, a typical district of Luang Prabang. Its designer Jean-Pierre Dovat, a Swiss architect, is Inthado’s chairman. His creativeness, aesthetic sense and love for the Mekong gave him the inspiration for this leisure residence unique in Luang Prabang intended for renting for a week or longer.

Inthado also takes on the building or renovation of accommodation or commercial premises in Luang Prabang. It delivers a finished product or carries out partial execution of external or internal works, fitting, decoration, and garden.
